After owning and operating Be Well Cafe in Mukwonago for over four years, I’ve decided it’s time to take the next step and share my gluten-free, dairy-free, refined sugar-free, organic, and locally sourced creations with an even wider community. To do this, I’m building a dedicated gluten-free, celiac-safe kitchen. In the meantime, I’ll continue baking all the same goodness you know and love, operating under Wisconsin’s cottage law. You can find me at my farm stand, local farmers markets, events, and pop-ups. I’m also offering online ordering with shipping and delivery. Once my new commercial kitchen is complete, I’ll be back on the shelves in grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, and more. Thank you for being part of this journey with me.
