We started milling flour for our own family after discovering the incredible flavor and nutrition of fresh-milled grain was nothing like what we found in the store. Now we're excited to share it with others. We stone-mill organic, glyphosate-free grains from family-owned regenerative farms, preserving the whole grain with no additives or preservatives. Because our flour is fresh and naturally contains the grain's oils, we recommend storing it in the refrigerator or freezer to maintain peak quality.
